Ron Anglo
Chief Clinical Officer
Ron Anglo is the Chief Clinical Officer of Legacy Lifecare. Born in the Philippines, he moved to the United States more than 20 years ago and switched careers almost immediately. Ron began his nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and later became a Registered Nurse. He then received his Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from Salem State University and is currently enrolled in Endicott College’s Ph.D. in Nursing Program. Mr. Anglo also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Curry College.
Ron started working for Chelsea Jewish Lifecare (CJL), an affiliated organization of Legacy Lifecare, in 2010 and has held several positions for the company: Director of Nursing for three affiliated nursing homes, Executive Director for Hospice and Home Care, and Associate Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining CJL, Ron worked for major nursing home chains as a Staff Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Staff Educator, MDS/ PPS/MMQ Consultant, and Director of Rehabilitation Units, among other positions. Ron also worked as a Building Administrator, high school and college Mathematics Teacher, and as a Registered Professional Engineer.
Currently, Ron serves on the Board of Directors for Philippine Nurses’ Association of New England (PNANE) and Cornerstone Assembly of God. A resident of Saugus, Ron is very active in the community. He resides with his wife, Lynie, who is also a Registered Nurse, and their three children.
