Scheduler
Scheduler | Stone Rehab and Senior Living
$46,800 – $58,200/annually, based on experience
Full-Time | 7:00AM – 3:30PM No Weekends!

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Develop and Maintain Staff Schedules: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all nursing units and shifts.
- Coordinate Staffing Coverage: Monitor staffing levels, fill open shifts, and coordinate coverage for call-outs, vacations, leaves, and other scheduling needs.
- Communicate with Staff and Leadership: Communicate schedule changes, shift assignments, and staffing needs to nursing staff, department managers, and nursing leadership.
- Monitor Attendance and Scheduling Compliance: Track attendance, overtime, and time-off requests while helping ensure schedules align with facility policies, staffing requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain Scheduling Records and Reports: Update scheduling systems, maintain accurate staffing records, and prepare reports to support staffing decisions and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
- Prior experience as a Scheduler in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred, but willing to train the right person!
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
