What’s your day like?
As a Resident Care Assistant at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing compassionate care to our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing, while ensuring their comfort and safety. Collaborating with the nursing team, you will monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions. What matters most
To excel as a Resident Care Assistant at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience. Your certification and hands-on experience will demonstrate your ability to provide quality care to our residents. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with the healthcare team and effectively interacting with residents.
