Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents’ mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
