Make a difference as a Physical Therapist

As a Per Diem Physical Therapist at JGS Lifecare, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to residents. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will be key in delivering personalized care. You will also be responsible for documenting patient progress and adjusting interventions as needed to promote optimal outcomes. Would you be a great Physical Therapist?

To excel as a Per Diem Physical Therapist at JGS Lifecare, you should possess a valid state PT license and demonstrate strong clinical skills in conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in using electronic medical records and rehabilitation software is essential for accurate documentation and efficient communication with colleagues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with residents and their families.

The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment is also key for success in this role.
