Music Therapist | Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice
$75/per visit (licensed)
PRN | 5-20hrs per week | Flexible Daytime Hours

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Deliver individual music therapy sessions tailored to patient preferences and goals
- Use music to address relaxation, pain management, emotional processing, developmental support, and end-of-life/bereavement needs
- Collaborate with patients, family members and other team members to align with the patient’s overall care plan
- Coverage area includes German Center (West Roxbury), ANRC (Jamaica Plain), Stone (Newton), BCL/Kaplan (Peabody) Revere, East Boston, Everett, Malden, Chelsea, and Winthrop.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in music therapy or related field
- Board Certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC) from an AMTA-approved program
- Prior experience working with end-of life patients, or in a long-term care setting preferred
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
