As a new MDS Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you can expect an engaging and supportive work environment tailored for your success in the healthcare industry. Each day, you will focus on completing assessments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while collaborating with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to develop comprehensive care plans for our residents. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday during the first shift, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You will be responsible for conducting interdisciplinary meetings, documenting resident progress, and addressing any concerns that arise within the facility. Anticipate regular interactions with our dedicated nursing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement in resident care.
